1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Bizlink platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bizlink is a digital business card platform operated by Tunjang Jaya Graftek Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service allows users to create, share, and manage digital business cards accessible via unique short links and QR codes, capture contact information from card scans, and view analytics on card engagement.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Personal — Free, with limited features (50 card shares/month, 3 OCR scans/month, 2 digital cards).
• Business Basic — RM 19.90/month with unlimited card shares, 100 OCR scans, and unlimited digital cards.
• Business Ultimate — RM 39.90/month with 300 OCR scans and advanced features.
• Corporate — RM 59.90/month with 500 OCR scans and enterprise features.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay Curlec, our payment processing partner. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Annual billing offers approximately 20% savings compared to monthly billing. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from Settings > Billing within the Bizlink app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access to all paid features until the cycle ends, after which your account will automatically revert to the free Personal plan.

If you wish to switch to a different plan, you can do so from the pricing page. Plan changes take effect immediately and will be reflected in your next billing cycle charge.

5. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Business Basic plan. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically revert to the free Personal plan. You may choose to subscribe to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Scrape, copy, or distribute other users' contact data without their consent.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the Service except as permitted by us.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the profile information (name, company, phone, email, photo) you display on your digital business card. Bizlink is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or misleading contact information shared via the Service.

Your digital business card profile is publicly accessible to anyone who has your unique short link or QR code, as this is the core purpose of the Service. Do not include information on your card that you do not wish to make publicly available.

8. Intellectual Property

The Bizlink name, logo, software, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Tunjang Jaya Graftek Sdn Bhd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent. Your digital business card content remains your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunjang Jaya Graftek Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your digital business card and short link will be deactivated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
